Take your athleticism to the next level with Elevate! The goal of this program is to introduce young girls to resistance training and build confidence in their body’s abilities from a young age. Fitness is a life-long journey, so whether you are looking to improve as an athlete and compete at the next level, or if you are looking to simply begin building a healthy relationship with fitness, this program is for you. Elevate programing is created by a Doctor of Physical Therapy with emphasis on strength, agility, muscle power, coordination and injury prevention. Program is designed for girls ages 8-13.
