This program focuses on building sport-specific strength and agility to take you soccer skills and performance to the next level. Programming is split 60/40 between agility and resistance training work and soccer-specific drills. Athletes will be introduced to proper technique with resistance training and be challenged by drills promoting speed, agility and muscle power. Program is designed for girls ages 8-13.
